Casa Parasio – modern Loft Vacation House in Cannobio

We spent ten days in this beautiful house. We can say it was fantastically beautiful. Check in worked perfectly with Rosaria, thanks to Google translator we have also mastered the language barrier. She was available for all questions around the clock – a big thank you again to Rosaria. Also Anna and her husband we could briefly get to know, cordial and helpful. The house is comfortable and beautifully furnished, with attention to detail. There is everything you need. For the ten days it was our home. The rooms and floors are open and bright, spacious and are modern accessible through an open staircase. The kitchen great equipped. Seating on the beautiful terrace and courtyard. The bell tower is right next door, from 7 o’clock you know it’s time to get up 🙂 we quickly got used to it. The location of the house is fantastic, not far from the lake and the waterfront. All shopping facilities and bakers etc. Walking distance. The location and the situation around it, the ambience of the town of Cannobio, … just great all around. We have enjoyed the Christmas days in the house very much. It is located in the middle of the old town center of Cannobio – a beautiful ensemble with old, very nicely renovated building fabric. The house with a small courtyard is perfectly equipped and very stylish. The kitchen has everything needed and is perfect for cooking and enjoying together. We also really enjoyed the great showers. The whole area around Lake Maggiore is just gorgeous. There are endless possibilities for excursions and hikes. The supermarket in town offers everything you need – cheap and very good quality. Anna communicated perfectly and a big praise goes to Rosaria, who took care of us so nicely and was available for all questions at any time. We were also able to overcome the language barrier well with our combined efforts. All in all a wonderful location. Thank you very much !

Let me start by stating this is one of my favorite villa stays! – Check-in: after parking my car in the private car parking, the check-in was flexible and easy. Anna (the owner) checked us in, and it was a fantastic experience. She presented the villa and gave us some recommendations for things to do around Cannobio and the Lago Maggiore area. – The villa: It was spacious, and all rooms are tastefully furnished. Especially the huge terrace with the cozy and covered sitting area has a nice view over the garden towards the hills. The kitchen is modern and really well-equipped with a fridge with a freezer, steamer oven, induction stove, and even a wine cooler. Nothing is missing. The flat-screen TV and the high-end Sonos music system (you can log in with your phone and play your playlist), offer visual and acoustic entertainment. I love also the showers that have a build in steam sauna, chromotherapy, and music features. So cool… – Location is great, nestled quietly in the center of the old town. Al in all it was a lovely experience and we felt at home. I can highly recommend this place as it is one of the most perfect places in Cannobio. We will be back soon!
