The following “Rental Policy (GTC)” apply to all guests at CASA PARASIO Cannobio.

Booking and payment

The person who books the CASA PARASIO must be over 18 years old. Your reservation is valid as soon as it is confirmed by us. Confirmation will be given immediately after your deposit has been paid. The deposit payment (20% to 50%) depends on the season or the time of booking in relation to the check in date. If you book at short notice, the full advance payment is required.

If the tenant moves out before the agreed date, the deposit will be retained.

The remaining amount is due when you “check in”. Payment is made to the person checking in from us in EURO, in cash or by immediate bank transfer!

The rental price includes the following services:

The rental price includes house cleaning and linen change per week. Electrics as well as water consumption, TV and WiFi internet are also included in the rental price.

Please note: You make a significant contribution to environmental protection and lower electricity costs if you only air-condition when and where it is necessary.

Occupancy of the CASA PARASIO

The maximum occupancy is 6 people, however only up to 4 people are included in the rental price. For additional guests EUR 55 per person per night will be charged.

“Check in and check out”

The CASA PARASIO is completely cleaned before you move in / rental begins so that we can give you a clean CASA PARASIO. To ensure this is safe, you can only check in around 3 p.m.! Check-out is only possible until 11.00 a.m. at the latest.

On request, the arrival/departure times can be earlier or later, provided that this is possible from the pre-/post-occupancy and you have asked us in writing and we have confirmed this to you.

Children

The stairs and the terrace at CASA PARASIO are very attractive, but pose a variety of dangers, especially for small children. You are fully responsible for the actions of your children. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times!

Liability for damage to house and furniture etc.

The guests are fully responsible for ensuring that the house, the furniture and any associated objects are not damaged. If something is damaged or lost, the guest will be held accountable. must pay for the damage incurred. If you smoke in the house, a fee of EUR 200 will be charged for the additional cleaning, which will be mandatory. If damage is found upon checkout, guests will be held responsible for it.

Cancellation policy and fees

The deposit is generally non-refundable. In addition, the following fees apply in the event of cancellation:

• If you cancel within 30 days before the check-in date, 25% of the total amount will be charged.
• If you cancel within 14 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• If you cancel within 7 days before the check-in date or if you do not show up, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Insurance

CASA PARASIO strongly recommends that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect you and all of your companions from illness, including evacuation, injury, death, loss of luggage and personal effects, throughout your stay. Theft, cancellation and other travel risks.

Responsibility

Please note that the owners of CASA PARASIO will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment or property during your stay.

We are not responsible for any delays, additional costs or inconveniences that may be caused, directly or indirectly, by events beyond our control such as flight delays, civil unrest, fire, flood, unusually severe weather, force majeure, acts of government or failure of the government Machines or devices.

Cancellation by the owner

In the unlikely event that exceptional circumstances beyond our control require the booking to be canceled, we will refund any deposit paid by the guest (excluding interest, compensation or consequential loss of any kind).

Pets

It is not allowed to bring pets!

No smoking

Smoking is NOT allowed in CASA PARASIO . Smoking is only allowed outside on the balcony / terrace. If there are signs of smoking, a cleaning fee of EUR 200 will be charged. Smoking is a violation of the rental agreement and might result in cancellation of the rental agreement without any compensation!
